I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education in English with a minor in theater and dance from The University of Mississippi. I also hold a Master of Education and an Education Specialist in Counseling and Psychology from Mississippi College. I am a National Certified Counselor, a National Certified School Counselor, and I am certified in Reality Therapy/Choice Theory.

I have worked in education for 25 years, 20 years as a school counselor.
